3. Client grants Artist to a right of observing and replicating Client's own character design and reference materials for the use of work.
4. Client agrees that Artist uses their own art style.
5. Artist will not TRACE or HEAVILY REFERENCE other artists' works.
6. Artist will use Aseprite & Clip Studio Paint.
7. Both Artist and Client MUST keep secret of the private messages between both parties including personal data.Payments:
- Upfront payment is 100% (for PIXEL and CHIBI commissions only) BEFORE Pit starts sketching.
- Upfront payment is 60% (for Sketch, Personalized Style, and Full Render commissions) BEFORE Pit starts sketching.
- Invoice must be paid within 72 hours since agreement or the project may be cancelled.
- Payments are in USD (via Paypal only) or IDR (via BNI & Gopay only)
- Client warrants they will not issue charge-backs and the refund policy mentioned below will be followed.
- Complete payment is done right before Artist sends the final art.Workflow:
Pit has a condition called Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, so if there is a delay in the work, you will be informed.
- Revisions are only 2 (TWO) times so please make it count
- After receiving payments, Artist will begin sketching
- Artist will give colored sketch to clients (not available if you order sketch only)
- Both parties discuss on email what to revise (2 times only) and it is within the working time.
- Artist begins clean sketching and painting, from this on, there will be no more revisions.
- If there's any delay or adjustment, Artist will ask Client's permission first through email.
